However the road access is good, you can still get there by local taxis.
This beach is surrounded by hills, making the perfect picture taking for pre wedding photoshoots. From the top of the hills to the beach bottom, there are so many good spots for photography.

Slide down the most exciting water slide (Waterbom Bali)
Spanning 3.8 hectares of land, Waterbom Bali was developed to compliment the natural environment. The surroundings offers sanctuary of gardens and natural landscape including endangered native species. This place is amazing, expect to ride on the most intense thrilling rides. For the less thrill seekers, you can also enjoy and relax by the pool. They also provide the child friendly area for your children. Not to worry, there are lifeguards and attendants everywhere to help you if needed. Transaction is very convenient, the park operates on a cashless system. An intelligent way put the money on your wristband and then you can get a refund at the end of extra money. This way your cash will not get wet. As your cash is running low, you can top up in the park as well.
There are free benches around but you need to pay for lockers and gazeebos. If you have a family, I would suggest spend your day on a gazebo. It adds up a different experience for your visit. Bear in mind that the gazebo needs to booked 24 hours in advance.
To avoid longer queuing time for the rides, the best time to visit is on low seasons and on a weekday.
Stand above the skies from Bali iconic temple! (Pura Lempuyang Luhur)
Referred locally as Pura Lempuyang Luhur, is one of Bali’s oldest temples. There are 7 temples that make up Pura Lempuyang and the largest temple is situated at the very top. Pura Lempuyang Luhur is located in the eastern part of Bali, the main temple lies 1,175 meters above sea level with a total of 1,700 steps to get there. As per the local the walk is meant to be very spiritual and maintaining your respect behavior and speech by not complaining about the steep walk.
Wearing appropriate clothing’s is a must to enter the temple. Shoulders must be covered for both men and women. However if you come unprepared, they offer rental of sarongs and a small fee. The temple itself is surrounded by mountains full of lush greenery. The air is much cleaner and fresher from above. You get to enjoy to take photo of the main portion of the temple with an incredible view from the top.
Climb to Bali most majestic waterfall (Sekumpul Waterfall)
Spend a day exploring one of Bali’s magical secrets. Offering a breathtaking location with a natural beauty. Sekumpul means “a group of”, there are 7 waterfalls on the north side of Bali Biggest waterfall in Bali and a definitely worth visiting. - Wear your swim gear from the start
- Before you get to the bottom of the falls (swimming area), you will have to cross a river so wear shoes that you don’t mind wetting.
- Carry a bottle of water as it is a long way down and back up again.
- Bring your own towel.
Find the Hidden Green Canyon (Sukawati Canyon)
Discover a hidden gem! Sukawati Canyon is worth to stop for something different in Bali. A way to connect yourself to the nature. They provide a guided tour with a decent price for 2 hours of adventure. The local guide will bring you through the canyon, walking through the jungle and finally the waterfall!
Don’t expect it will be a simple trip, at times you need to climb rocks and maneuver tricky spots. Climbing the rocks requires some amount of fitness but the guide will help to get you thru safely.
Don’t forget to bring along your camera, kept your camera safe in a waterproof bag and take lots of beautiful pictures.
Be prepared to get wet. Bring change of clothes as at the very least you will get your shorts wet. Lockers are available at the entrance to keep your things while you explore. At the end of the tour showers provided.
